Tom DeLay's ambiguous threat to the judiciary

I'd missed this gem from the Schiavo Circus' ringmaster (emphasis mine):
Mrs. Schiavo's death is a moral poverty and a legal tragedy. This loss happened because our legal system did not protect the people who need protection most, and that will change. The time will come for the men responsible for this to answer for their behavior, but not today...

He's not calling in so many words for the assassination of the judges who ruled for Michael Schiavo - but he well knows that there are likely more than enough crackers sufficiently hyped up and well armed that, for some, that sort of encouragement could push them over the edge (I contemplated the possibility on March 31).

Frank Lautenberg has called him over it, so far as referring to 18 U.S.C. ยง115 (a)(1)(B).

Nothing on DeLay's statement from Nancy Pelosi, natch. Harry Reid? What do you think?
