Slim pickings in Patrick Fitzgerald's back-story - it says here

One might have expected a certain appetite amongst journos to open a Second Front against the persecutor of Plame and Cooper - and, by extension, the entire profession (if that's the word).

The guy has prosecuted in districts (Southern District of New York, Northern District of Illinois) where organised crime is - organised, and capable of leading Federal officers astray. One might imagine.

Kirsten Scharnberg's 5,000 word profile in the Chicago Tribune suggests that his major flaw is workaholism leading to a thin social life.

There's a reference to the Enaam Arnaout case; District Judge James Holderman
is conducting an investigation into whether one of Fitzgerald's prosecutors broke the law by turning over grand jury materials to lawyers in a civil case.
(Both matters eminently searchable). And that's about it.

No interesting trips, no exotic investments, nada.
